Responsibilities

- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent front desk service and guiding them through check-in procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient flow
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records using Oscar Pro EMR, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Support clinical staff by preparing exam rooms, managing supplies, and handling administrative documentation
- Handle correspondence, appointment reminders,



and follow-up communications to enhance patient experience

Experience

- Prior experience working as a medical office receptionist or in a medical office environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs), especially Oscar Pro
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately assist with patient documentation and communication
- Proven office experience with proficiency in multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
