Kane Millwork Inc manufactures architectural millwork. We specialize in high-end interior products that include custom cabinetry, wall panel systems and other custom millwork in the commercial field. We are currently looking to a fill the position of CNC Operator.

Minimum Qualifications
Millwork Experience: Operating a CNC, 2 years experience required. Working knowledge of computers, cabinet assembly and various cabinet materials to include laminated and wood products.
Skills Needed
- Ability to operate hand tools, wood cutting tools, fixtures and other accessories.
- Understand and follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Ability to read drawings and 3D CAD
- Able to safely lift wood panels of varying sizes and weights and stand for long periods
- Comfortable working in a noisy and fast paced work environment
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Must be able to apply detailed procedures in an orderly and methodical fashion; perform duties and manage changes in job priorities as required
Additional Skills Needed:
- Solid English skills required, read/write/speak
- Functional and technical skills; controls and instrumentation
- Coordination, attention to detail and good judgement
- Dependable and able to work Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
- Willingness to work overtime if requested
Job Duties:
- Verifying the settings of the CNC machine by measuring positions, first-run part and sample work pieces; adhering to specification
- Maintaining quality standards by observing drilling, grooving, cutting, including turning and facing.
- Adhering to safety procedures and regulations by maintaining safe operations.
- Complete preventative maintenance requirements by following manufacturers instructions
- Accepting ownership for accomplishing recent and varied requests. Exploring opportunities for adding value.
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
