Solution & Functional Architect (SAFA) – Banking & Financial Services

Experience:

10+ Years

Required Skills:

- Strong Banking & Financial Services domain experience

- Expertise in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and leading business discussions

- 3+ years of experience in application modernization strategy

- Strong solution architecture and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Knowledge of up-to-date front-end/server-side rendering frameworks is a plus

- Cloud architecture certifications preferred

Responsibilities:

- Drive business and technology modernization initiatives

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and solutions

- Provide strategic consulting and architectural guidance

- Lead change management and support project execution
