Willowdale School of Music is seeking an organized, personable and warm School Administrator to join our team in-person starting mid June - early July. To apply, interested applicants should send a cover letter and resume to Sarah Murley-Hauser at [email protected].

School Administrator duties include but are not limited to:

- Scheduling trial lessons and converting trials to registered students
- Answering email & phone inquiries, etc
- Welcoming and assisting students, families and teachers
- Keeping the school organized, clean and tidy
- Helping with recitals & other events
- Managing social media
- Other administrative duties as required

Contract:

- Employee status
- Pay range is $18.00-22.00/hr (with holiday pay & EI/CPP/tax remittances)
- Hours include, but not limited to:
- Monday - Friday: 3:00 - 8:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM





Candidates must have:

- Experience in the arts and be familiar with music schools
- Experience with Google Workspace and applications
- Robust organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Experience in turning prospective clients into registered clients
- Professionalism and be able to communicate clearly via phone and email
- Experience with managing social media and planning events
