About The Chance Our Government client is seeking experience Negotiators for a Collective Bargaining processes.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Develop bargaining strategies and approaches to support collective negotiations
- Coordinate and provide training to the management bargaining team throughout the collective bargaining process, including negotiation procedures and related content
- Serve as the Chief Spokesperson during collective bargaining negotiations
- Manage the timing, pace, and overall coordination of the negotiation process
- Prepare briefs, submissions, and arguments for presentation to third parties
About You The successful candidate will have the following:
- Must be licensed to practice law in the Province of Ontario and be a member of the Law Society of Ontario in good standing
- 5+ years’ experience on collective bargaining
- Bilingual in French and English
- Reliability Clearance
