About the Role

We are looking for a NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant with solid expertise in NetSuite and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM). The consultant will work closely with finance, accounting, and technology stakeholders to design, configure, enhance, and support NetSuite solutions. This role requires a blend of functional understanding and technical capability to translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite configurations and customizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements across finance, accounting, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
- Configure and support NetSuite modules, with a primary focus on Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
- Design and implement revenue recognition rules, revenue arrangements, plans, and related accounting workflows.
- Translate functional requirements into NetSuite configurations, custom records, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ARM, transactions, reporting,



period close, and financial processes.
- Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, workflows, and role-based access.
- Collaborate with business users, finance teams, developers, and integration teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation, test scripts, deployment plans, and user training materials.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience working as a NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
- Deep functional and configuration experience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
- Good understanding of revenue recognition, billing, accounting, general ledger, and financial close processes.
- Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and custom records.
- Ability to understand technical integrations using SuiteTalk REST or SOAP web services.
- Experience gathering requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, configuring solutions, testing, and supporting deployments.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

N ice to Have

- Experience with NetSuite OneWorld, multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and intercompany processes.
- Knowledge of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, SuiteBilling, or financial reporting.
- Experience with third-party integrations and data migration.
- NetSuite certifications.

Working Hours: 8am EST – 5pm EST
