Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Night Auditor/Receptionist to join our hospitality team. This role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours, ensuring smooth front desk operations, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and courteously
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, billing, and reservations using hotel management software
- Handle late-night administrative tasks such as reporting, balancing accounts, and preparing daily reports
- Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the shift




- Respond to guest requests or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues effectively
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security for guests and staff

Skills

- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multiple lines efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in front desk or hotel operations is preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts reliably in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities
