We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who can bring an integrated approach to therapy services in clients’ homes. Our Occupational Therapists work in a flexible and adaptable environment, as part of a team that values inclusivity, diversity, and evidence‑based practice.

Skills Needed For Success

- Graduate of a recognized post‑secondary program in Occupational Therapy
- Current active registration in positive standing with the Ontario College of Occupational Therapists
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

What You Will Be Doing

- Change clients’ lives in the comfort of their home by assessing and building accurate therapy care plans based on each client’s real environment.
- Develop health‑promotion programs, prescribe equipment and supplies, and promote client safety.
- Exercise critical thinking to provide complex preventative or corrective actions for a variety of clients with diverse needs.
- Partner with clients’ family members, caregivers, and other health‑care professionals regarding treatment goals and service plans.
- Use CTG’s hybrid model of care—including face‑to‑face and virtual—to build a schedule that works for you and your clients.




- Operate as an independent and flexible OT while receiving dedicated support, mentorship and training from a stable multi‑disciplinary team.
