The Office

Manager creates and maintains a corporate office setting that is organized, professional, reliable, and ready to support the people who work in it each day.

The Office

Manager is responsible for the practical coordination behind the workplace experience, ensuring office spaces, services, vendors, and day-to-day facility needs are managed with care and consistency. Our Toronto corporate office is located in Bloor-Yorkville, offering a central, transit-accessible location surrounded by restaurants, shops and neighbourhood amenities. Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and upkeep of Tricon Homes’ corporate office units within a business condominium building, ensuring spaces are clean, safe, functional, professional, and maintained to Tricon’s standards.

Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, upgrades, lifecycle requirements, and recurring maintenance schedules for office spaces, building systems, equipment, furniture, fixtures, HVAC, and specialty appliances. Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related vendors, contractors, caterers, cleaning providers, specialty appliance providers, building representatives, and other office service partners. Monitor service level agreements,



vendor performance, and day-to-day service delivery to ensure work is completed in line with business needs and expectations.

Coordinate contractors and service providers completing repairs, maintenance, installations, upgrades, and other facility-related work. Supervise the Hospitality Team in supporting employee events in the Toronto office, including furniture rearrangement, meeting and event setup, cleanup, catering coordination, and related workplace service needs. Administer security access for employees, vendors, contractors, and visitors, ensuring access is current, appropriate, and aligned with internal requirements.

Partner with internal departments on office improvements, renovations, relocations, workstation changes, and other workplace-related projects. Coordinate office moves and space needs, including workstation setup, furniture changes, shared space planning, on-site storage, and off-site storage. Provide guidance and support to employees and visitors on facility-related matters.

Track facilities-related budgets and expenses, including vendor costs, maintenance spend, and project-related costs. Work with the Health and Safety Committee to support workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and facility-related health and safety requirements.





Experience overseeing day-to-day facility operations within a corporate office, commercial building, or similar workplace environment. Working knowledge of building systems, maintenance planning, HVAC coordination, workplace services, and facility upkeep. Demonstrated experience coordinating vendors, contractors, service agreements, and facility-related budgets.

Experience supporting office moves, space planning, workplace setup, storage, and facility improvement projects. Ability to balance multiple priorities, time-sensitive requests, and ongoing operational needs in a busy office environment. Service-oriented, caring, and thoughtful approach with sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with employees, visitors, vendors, and internal stakeholders while helping make employees’ day-to-day experience easier and well supported.

At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, office operations, building operations, or a related field.

Experience working within a condominium, multi-unit office building, or shared commercial building environment. Project management experience related to renovations, office moves, facility upgrades, or workplace improvements. Familiarity with workplace health and safety practices, office compliance requirements, and emergency procedures.
