Your responsibilities include organizing job site safety, leading performance metrics, and ensuring smooth workflow between workers and subcontractors. A combination of outdoor work with management tasks requires versatility and commitment. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct pre-execution planning and job organization
- Facilitate safety meetings and lead instructions
- Oversee 2-15 workers and subcontractors
- Direct various construction activities efficiently
- Input timecards and maintain material inventory Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of civil construction experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Familiar with GPS and surveying methods
- Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment
