Engage students in applied counseling techniques as a Clinical Skills & Group Practice Instructor at Vancouver College of Counsellor Training. This distance learning position fosters interactive skill development. You will play a crucial role in facilitating clinical skills training for students enrolled in VCCT's distance-learning programs.

By engaging students in role-play and group supervision, you will guide them in mastering essential skills like empathy, ethical decision-making, and therapeutic communication, all crucial for their future practice. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct online clinical skills training sessions
- Simulate counseling scenarios for student learning
- Teach and model micro-skills for effective counseling
- Oversee group therapy role-plays and feedback
- Aid students in preparing for practicum placements Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or similar
- Valid skilled designation as RCC or equivalent
- Background in providing counseling services
- Experience facilitating adult learning and groups
