Duties

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and manage cash handling procedures
- Assist customers with product information, demos, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized records of transactions, product details, and customer interactions
- Support merchandising efforts by promoting featured products and special offers during interactions
- Manage time effectively to handle high-volume inquiries while maintaining quality service standards

Experience





- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles preferred but not required—training provided!
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, or technical sales experience is highly desirable
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Excellent organizational skills to keep track of multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access
- Demonstrated time management skills and phone etiquette to ensure qualified communication at all times

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
