Drive risk management effectiveness as an Operations Analyst II at First National in Toronto. This full time role focuses on analysis, support of internal applications, and process improvement. As part of the Risk Management & Internal Audit team, you will report to the Operations Manager.

Your responsibilities will include project deliverables, monitoring QA tools, and analyzing business requirements. With a strong focus on innovation and service delivery, your contributions will significantly impact the organization's risk management strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor existing QA Tool system for supported lines of business
- Maintain accurate residential underwriting employee directory
- Create Risk Management audit data samples for audits




- Assign data samples for QA Specialists based on methodology
- Analyze business requirements and design effective solutions Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a related field or 5-10 years equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience with Merlin and First National systems
- Proficient in Microsoft tools, including Visual Basic and SQL Server
- Strong analytical and business knowledge required
