GTD Supply is a growing distributor of professional tile, flooring, waterproofing, heating, and construction products. We serve contractors, installers, builders, and homeowners through our warehouse, e-commerce platforms, and direct sales channels.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to support our daily receiving, order-picking, packing, inventory, and shipping operations.

Responsibilities

- Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders.
- Unload, inspect, count, label, and store products in the correct warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders accurately using packing slips or order-management systems.
- Pack products securely to help prevent damage during transportation.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for UPS, FedEx, Amazon, Shopify, and other sales channels.
- Photograph and document outgoing orders when required.
- Assist customers and contractors with warehouse pickups.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report shortages or damaged products.
- Restock shelves and organize products by SKU, brand, and warehouse location.
- Safely move products using pallet jacks, carts, dollies, and other warehouse equipment.
- Keep work areas, aisles, loading areas, and packing stations clean and organized.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, returns, and general warehouse duties.
- Work cooperatively with warehouse, sales, purchasing,



and customer-service team members.

Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, picking, or packing experience is preferred.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Able to read product labels, packing slips, and shipping documents.
- Basic computer and barcode-scanner skills are an asset.
- Experience using UPS, FedEx, Amazon, Shopify, or inventory-management systems is an asset.
- Forklift or pallet-jack experience is an asset.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull warehouse products.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly, with assistance or equipment for heavier items.
- Comfortable handling construction products, tools, mortar bags, membranes, heating products, and other warehouse materials.
