Oracle HCM Perks & Compensation Senior Consultant

Location: Remote — Canada

Millenilink is hiring an Oracle HCM Benefits & Compensation Senior Consultant for a leading management consulting organization.

The consultant will lead functional work across Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation implementations, including requirements gathering, client workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and defect resolution.

Responsibilities

- Lead client requirements-gathering sessions and functional workshops.
- Design and configure Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Advise clients on best practices and challenge requirements where appropriate.
- Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and technical development.
- Identify cross-module impacts across Core HR, Payroll, Absence,



and related HCM modules.
- Work closely with client stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.

Required Experience

- At least two Oracle Cloud implementations involving Benefits, Compensation, or both.
- Experience working within management consulting or professional services .
- Hands-on experience leading requirements gathering, workshops, solution design, and configuration.
- Strong client-facing communication and consulting skills.
- Experience with testing, defect resolution, and implementation delivery.
- Ability to work independently at the Senior Consultant level.

Preferred Experience

- Experience across both Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation.
- Experience with complex, unionized, or multi-entity environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Core HR and related HCM modules.
- Experience working with distributed or offshore delivery teams.
