Company Overview:

Curtis International is a rapidly growing electronics distribution company located in Mississauga. We currently have an opening for a hardworking, dynamic individual with a positive and professional attitude to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Customer order entry (received through EDI/ email / fax)
- Releasing orders to warehouse
- Producing commercial paperwork
- Invoicing once order has shipped
- Producing paperwork for sample product shipments
- Entering credit notes to customers

Qualifications :

- Experience in a similar order desk position
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience with an ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains is preferred
- Proven multi-tasking organizational skills a must
- Experience working in a Consumer Packaged Goods distribution environment is an asset




- Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external contacts
- Accurate and above keyboard skills
