United Floral Distributors (UFD) is a floral wholesaler located in Fenwick, Ontario. We are looking for a hard working, dedicated individual to join our team packing cut floral products in our cooler (where we keep our product fresh with colder temperatures).
Responsibilities and Requirements - Cooler Packer
- Be knowledgeable on cut floral product names and quality (this will be taught if there is no prior experience)
- Pack orders for customers according to the sales orders entered
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy while packing orders
- Discuss product availability with the cooler manager if need be
- Ensure the cooler is kept clean and organized
- Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hardworking and ability to be on your feet all day in a cool-temperature setting
- Work Schedule: Shifts start at 7:30am until the work is complete (the time varies but is often around 4:00 pm but later during busy seasons), Monday through Thursday, and half days on Saturday.
Wage increases with time, performance and experience but starts at $18.00 per hour. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
