WE'RE HIRING!

We are looking to add a part time member to the team here at Reta's who can flex between bartending and serving. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in both roles, a solid knowledge of classic cocktails and wine, and be able to provide well informed and friendly service to our guests. We are a small team here at Reta's and are looking for someone who will fit in and have fun whilst providing the best service possible.

The shifts we are looking to fill are Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings with the opportunity to pick up occasional Wednesday's and Sunday's.

Duties

- Collaborate on cocktail list and prepare drinks to a high standard
- Provide a warm and friendly guest experience with good knowledge of the food and drinks menus
- Prep cocktail ingredients and keep track of inventory
- Maintain a clean and tidy bar area and manage working in a small space efficiently




- Manage multiple orders and prepare drinks in a timely manner
- Manage a busy 7 table section whilst providing high quality service
- Use POS system effectively for entering orders and cashing out payments
- Advise guests on menu items, cocktail and wine choice and provide knowledgable insight into ingredients and techniques used

Requirements

- Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening availability starting at 4.00pm
- Hospitality mindset with a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails and a desire to collaborate creatively on current lists
- Wine knowledge and/or qualifications an asset
