The Part-Time Facility Staff member helps ensure the smooth operation of sporting events and daily activities at CK Flex Plex, supporting both facility operations and sports officials/coaches. Key responsibilities include setting up and taking down equipment, preparing turf and courts, organizing gear, assisting officials during games, keeping score as needed, managing player check-ins, and facilitating smooth transitions between scheduled events.

Additional duties include operating the POS system, processing payments, ensuring waivers are completed, learning and utilizing the facility’s computer systems, managing company emails, answering phone calls, and assisting with basic administrative tasks. This role also includes routine cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies, monitoring facility areas, maintaining a safe and organized workplace, greeting guests, answering questions, providing facility tours, and helping create a positive experience for all visitors.





Hours: Evening & weekends availability required. Position to start in September.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or currently enrolled
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (required)
- Basic administrative and organizational skills
- Sports or recreation experience is an asset
- Knowledge of sports, recreational activities, and rules
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment safely
- Comfortable with the setup, installation, and teardown of recreational equipment
- Reliable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
