Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to meet guest needs and uphold quality standards
- Clean and disinfect public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces to promote guest comfort and safety
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold hotel standards
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure and hygienic environment
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Support team members during busy periods by helping with additional cleaning tasks or guest requests as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Solid knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and sanitation standards
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleanliness in all areas
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Good communication skills to understand guest needs and coordinate with team members effectively
- Flexibility to work part-time hours including weekends or evenings as required
