About the Role

Cosmetic Brands of North America is looking for a confident, professional, and passionate Part-Time RefectoCil Trainer based in Montreal to support education and training for RefectoCil, the global leader in professional brow and lash tinting.

This is a part-time, as-needed training role. Hours are based on business needs, training requests, events, and education opportunities. There is no guarantee of minimum hours or a fixed schedule.

This role is ideal for a beauty professional who is already using RefectoCil, understands professional brow and lash services, and enjoys teaching others in a explicit, approachable, and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate RefectoCil product and service trainings for beauty professionals, students, salons, spas, and distributor partners.
- Deliver both small-group and large-scale trainings in person and through Zoom.
- Present RefectoCil education confidently in both English and French.
- Support training topics such as brow tinting, lash tinting, custom colouring, brow lamination, lash lift, and product knowledge.
- Provide professional troubleshooting support and answer technical product questions.
- Represent RefectoCil with professionalism, confidence, warmth, and strong product knowledge.
- Support education events, webinars, distributor trainings, school trainings, and brand initiatives as needed.
- Stay aligned with RefectoCil North America education standards, product messaging, and protocols.

Requirements





- Must be based in or near Montreal, Quebec.
- Must be fully bilingual in English and French.
- Must currently use and be confident working with RefectoCil products.
- Strong knowledge of brow and lash tinting services.
- Comfortable speaking, teaching, and presenting to both small and large groups.
- Confident using Zoom to facilitate virtual trainings, webinars, and education sessions.
- Professional, organized, reliable, and comfortable representing a professional beauty brand.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
- Licensed beauty professional, esthetician, lash/brow artist, educator, or related professional experience preferred.

They are comfortable using RefectoCil in their own services and can speak authentically about the brand, the products, and the professional results they help create. They should be warm, polished, supportive, and able to make education feel clear, engaging, and approachable for both new and experienced professionals.

This is a part-time, contract-based opportunity with work scheduled as needed. Training opportunities may vary month to month, and there is no guaranteed number of hours.
