We are looking for a Part-Time Site Survey Technician to perform in office surveys and assist in verifying existing building mechanical and electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys of commercial and residential buildings.
- Verify and document existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Prepare as-built markups of existing systems based on field findings.
- Capture photos and videos to document site conditions and equipment layouts.
- Access rooftops, mechanical rooms, and other building areas as required.
- Communicate and report findings clearly and accurately.
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.
- Must be able to carry and climb a 6 ft ladder.
- Comfortable working on roofs and elevated areas.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is a strong asset.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow instructions.
- Experience with as-built markups or field documentation is an advantage.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
