Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parking Enforcement Attendant to monitor parking facilities, enforce parking regulations, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a protected and clean environment. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

- Provide courteous and professional service to customers, vendors, coworkers, and management.
- Communicate respectfully and professionally while assisting the public.

Parking Enforcement
- Conduct routine parking lot inspections.
- Verify parking payments and valid permits.
- Issue parking violations and parking payment notices when required.
- Record vehicle information accurately and maintain detailed enforcement records.
- Report vehicles that meet impound criteria to a supervisor.

Administration
- Perform data entry using handheld electronic devices.
- Complete shift reports, incident reports, and all required documentation accurately and on time.




- Record work hours using the company's timekeeping system (e.g., Kronos).

Site Maintenance
- Remove trash and debris from parking areas.
- Report maintenance concerns, including potholes, damaged signs, and other safety hazards.
- Verify parking rates and signage, updating rates as directed.
- Protect company property and equipment from damage or loss.

Professional Standards
- Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
- Wear the required uniform and identification badge while on duty.
- Maintain reliable attendance and work overtime when required.
- Provide and maintain reliable personal transportation, including fuel, insurance, maintenance, and repair costs.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required).
- Ability to complete reports and maintain accurate records.

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
