- Provide peer counseling and consultation to clients and families
- Assist in rehabilitation and support functions aligned with the ACT model
- Facilitate crisis recognition and intervention practices
- Liaise with community resources for enhanced support
- Promote client choice in treatment and recovery strategies Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma in health or social services
- 2 years' experience with severe mental illness
- Training in Peer Support Work
