We're looking for an experienced

Performance Architect to lead the end-to-end performance testing strategy for a large-scale Digital Banking transformation program.

- Lead the performance testing strategy, governance, and architecture across Digital Banking channels (Web, Mobile, MuleSoft APIs, and

T24 Core Banking

), defining SLAs, KPIs, workload models, and best practices.

- Drive program-wide performance testing using

JMeter, Selenium, and Appium

, overseeing load, stress, endurance, failover, and non-functional regression testing across multiple Agile teams.

- Collaborate with Architecture, Infrastructure, Development, and Vendor teams to ensure application scalability, capacity planning, performance tuning, and production readiness.

- Manage end-to-end performance risks, monitor system health through dashboards and executive reporting, and lead root cause analysis to resolve performance bottlenecks across frontend, middleware, and backend systems.

- Mentor Performance Test Engineers, establish reusable frameworks and accelerators, and act as the primary point of accountability for all performance testing activities throughout the Digital Banking program.
