With facilities equipped for various medical needs and supported by MOAs, this role encourages providing continuous care to patients of all ages. Open to both fully licensed and provisionally licensed candidates, this position offers a balanced workload and flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient appointments, both virtual and in-person
- Collaborate with a team of 6 physicians




- Utilize the clinic’s lab and procedure rooms as needed
- Maintain patient records in Input Health EMR system
- Promote continuity of care through comprehensive patient management Requirements:
- Fully or provisionally licensed physicians are welcome
- Experience in family practice is preferred
