About the Role

We are seeking energetic, dependable, and hands-on Seasonal Helpers to assist with day-to-day operations at our resort. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, helping guests, and contributing to the property's upkeep and appearance. The ideal candidate will have some basic maintenance experience and be comfortable performing minor repairs when needed.

Responsibilities

· Assist with general property upkeep and cleanliness.

- Help maintain outdoor areas, grounds, buildings, and common spaces.
- Support maintenance staff with routine tasks and projects.
- Perform minor repairs and basic maintenance duties as assigned.
- Set up and take down the resort.
- Assist with moving supplies, furniture, and materials as needed.
- Respond to guest and staff requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help ensure resort facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Perform other general duties as assigned.

Qualifications · Previous experience in general maintenance, property upkeep, construction, landscaping, or a related field is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, or general repairs preferred.
- Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks,



such as replacing fixtures, repairing minor plumbing issues, painting, and using hand and power tools safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and practical common sense when addressing maintenance concerns.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Trade certification or licensing is not required; however, candidates should possess basic maintenance knowledge and a willingness to learn.
