We are actively looking for one new team member with two years of strong personal injury expertise. We are located near the Sheppard and Bayview Ave intersection.
Required Expertise
- Member of the Law Society of Ontario in good standing.
- With 2 years of experience in personal injury law, particularly in accident benefits; experience in insurance defence litigation, and Tort is a plus.
Accountabilities
- Manage files from intake to resolution, conduct regular file reviews, and maintain clear communication with clients with a compassionate approach.
- Detailed hands‑on knowledge of SABS, be capable of completing various insurance forms, and manage Accident Benefit claims from start to finish.
- Ability to take command of many claims with confidence and precision.
- Strong decision‑making powered by legal insight, critical thinking, and sound judgment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail and an appetite for complex challenges.
- Skilled negotiator with the drive and confidence to settle and resolve claims effectively.
- To confidently attend and represent at court and tribunal matters, mediations, pre‑trials, discoveries, and settlement conferences, ensuring perfectly filed, organized, and court‑ready documentation at every stage.
Salary: Range is from $80,000 – $120,000 per year, plus Medical Flex benefits and bonus.
