Role Overview The PSW/Caregiver will provide in-home support to clients based on individualized care plans. This is a casual position with hours offered based on client needs and availability.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
· Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
· Support clients with meal preparation and feeding (if required)
· Perform light housekeeping related to client care
· Provide companionship and emotional support
· Follow and document care plans accurately
· Observe and report changes in client condition
· Maintain a secure and respectful environment at all times
Qualifications
· PSW certificate or equivalent caregiving experience
· Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain)
· Valid G driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
· Ability to travel to client homes
Assets (Nice to Have)
· Previous experience in home care or community care settings
· CPR / First Aid certification
· Experience working with seniors or individuals with complex care needs

· Experience providing personal care and support in a home care, healthcare, or community setting
· Ability to work independently and follow care plans with minimal supervision
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Reliable, professional, and respectful in client homes
Compensation
· Hourly pay (based on experience)
