Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
- Support seniors and individuals with disabilities with medication administration following prescribed instructions
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive workplace
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living space




- Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members
- Support clients during outings or appointments, ensuring safety and engagement throughout activities

Experience

- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly desirable
- Experience providing senior care or caring for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments is preferred
- Familiarity with home care practices and caregiving routines is advantageous
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals who have disabilities or special needs
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a caring attitude are essential for success in this role
