Join a Growing Pest Control Team

Bug Managers Pest Control & Wildlife Removal is looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, and helping customers, we'd love to hear from you.

No previous pest control experience? We are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

- Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity.
- Perform treatments for rodents, insects, and wildlife using company-approved methods.
- Install rodent-proofing and exclusion materials.
- Complete service reports using a mobile device.
- Educate customers on pest prevention.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.

Requirements
- Valid Ontario G2 or G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.




- Able to work occasional evenings or weekends when required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Pest Control Licence (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience in pest control, wildlife removal, construction, roofing, handyman work, landscaping, HVAC, or general labour is an asset but not required.
