This is a position at our two locations: Springwater Pharmacy (1017 Carson Rd., Springwater) & Eagle Ridge Pharmacy (480 Huronia Rd., Barrie). Candidates with relevant pharmacy dispensary experience are preferred and will be contacted preferentially. Experience using Kroll dispensary software is preferred. There will be more opportunity for increased hours and compensation for experienced applicants. This position requires experience transcribing, adjudicating, and filling prescriptions competently.

Position will be permanent, ranging from 35 to 44 hours per week, depending on the needs of the businesses. You must be available during all our opening hours to apply for this position: Monday-Friday: 8:30am - 7:30pm; Sat 9:30am-3pm (we are closed Sundays & Holidays). You must have reliable transportation to both locations.

We are seeking talented individuals to help in all aspects of the retail pharmacy business. This will include:

- Greeting and helping customers with selecting products, administrative services, operating a cash register, and general customer service.
- Inventory management, receiving and processing orders,



and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Answering the phone, taking messages, and calling patients / customers as directed.
- Assisting the pharmacist in various technical duties such as filling and bagging prescriptions, processing, and managing workflow issues as required.
- Ensuring a thoroughly clean work environment with cleaning duties as required (including disinfecting high contact surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning sinks and counter surfaces, and any other reasonable cleaning requested).

The right individual will be able to work with a positive and pleasant attitude, and make sure that customer service is their top priority. Desired skills include:
- Experience in a retail pharmacy environment, including transcribing and entering prescriptions, adjudicating insurance plans, filling prescriptions, and assisting with over-the-counter purchases.
- Experience with CashRX retail POS Software, or similar retail payment processing software.
- Driver’s License and access to a vehicle, or very reliable transportation.
- Experience with Kroll Dispensary software (If you are not proficient with Kroll but willing to learn, unpaid training can be arranged).
