Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team with enthusiasm and expertise. Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operation of the pharmacy, including staffing, inventory control, and workflow optimization to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Lead medication dispensing processes with precision, ensuring accuracy in medication administration and adherence to medical terminology standards.
- Provide expert guidance on patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and safety.
- Supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, fostering professional development and maintaining high performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements related to pharmacy practice and patient privacy.
- Oversee medication inventory management, including procurement, storage, and expiration tracking to prevent shortages or wastage.

Qualifications





- Licensed and in good standing as a Pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
- Previous experience in a community/retail pharmacy environment.
- Previous pharmacy management or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario pharmacy regulations, standards, and professional practice.
- Excellent clinical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy community pharmacy.
- Experience with Kroll Pharmacy Software is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of prescription processing, third-party billing, inventory management, and pharmacy workflow.
- Ability to build positive relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Bilingual: English and French communication skills are preferred
