Responsibilities

- Prepare pizza ingredients and assemble orders efficiently following company recipes and standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately and swiftly
- Handle food with care, adhering to strict sanitation and food safety guidelines to ensure quality and safety
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy during cashiering duties




- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by following sanitation protocols and food handling procedures
- Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs

Requirements

- Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting is advantageous but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn new skills such as upselling techniques and kitchen operations
