Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Plumber role based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. The Plumber will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial plumbing systems, including toilets, faucets, dishwashers, garburators, bidet seats, and hot water tanks.

Daily tasks include diagnosing plumbing issues, inspecting pipes and fixtures, completing service calls, and ensuring work is compliant with local codes and safety standards. The Plumber will interact directly with customers, explain findings and options, provide clear estimates based on fixed pricing,



and maintain accurate service records. The role also involves participating in on-call rotations to support the company’s 24/7 service commitment.

Qualifications

- Strong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and system repair.
- Experience working with various pipe materials and fittings, including cutting, joining, and replacement.
- Proven maintenance and repair abilities across residential or commercial plumbing systems.
- Customer service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and provide respectful, skilled support.
- Valid plumbing trade certification or apprenticeship (or equivalent experience), and familiarity with local plumbing codes.
- Ability to work independently on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple service calls in a day.
- Comfort with evening, night, and weekend work as part of a rotating schedule; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting equipment, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
