Portfolio Manager / Program Manager – Quality & Compliance Systems

Location: Remote – BC, Canada

Job Summary

We are hiring a Portfolio/Program Manager to lead enterprise Quality Management and Compliance technology initiatives supporting Life Sciences organizations. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering regulated technology programs while ensuring compliance with global quality standards.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

12+ years of technology program management experience.

7+ years leading regulated Quality or Compliance technology programs.

Experience with Veeva Vault Quality, TrackWise, MasterControl, Sparta Systems, or similar platforms.

Solid knowledge of GxP, CSV, FDA, EMA, and regulatory compliance.

Experience managing global project teams and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

RAC, PMP, or PgMP certification.

Experience with Digital Quality transformation initiatives.

Background in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences.
