We're looking for an energetic, reliable Powder Paint Support Technician to join our growing team full-time! If you enjoy physical work, learning new skills, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality, this is an excellent entry-level opportunity.

No powder coating experience? No problem! We provide on-the-job training and opportunities to grow your skills in a safe, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

As a valued member of our Powder Paint team, you will:

- Prepare cast iron, steel, and aluminum parts for powder coating.
- Load and unload parts onto the conveyor paint line.
- Assemble racks and hooks used to hang parts for painting.
- Remove, sort, and prepare racks and hooks for cleaning.
- Clean powder coating equipment, including spray guns, nozzles, hoses, booths, and surrounding work areas.
- Prepare packaging materials such as foam and cardboard.
- Move materials and pallets using a pallet jack.
- Set up and adjust powder guns and racks according to production setup sheets.
- Work with your team to meet production and quality goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, equipment, and workplace safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

What We're Looking For

You are someone who

- Lives in Winnipeg and is available to work 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday (8:00 AM–6:30 PM).
- Has reliable transportation ( bus service is not readily available).
- Is physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift.
- Can safely lift up to 50 lbs.




- Is comfortable working in a manufacturing setting with varying temperatures, dust, noise, and airborne particles.
- Is clean shaven to allow the proper use of half-mask respirators.
- Has strong mechanical aptitude and enjoys solving problems.
- Pays close attention to detail and produces quality work.
- Communicates well and works effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrates excellent attendance, punctuality, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Powder paint experience is considered an asset but is not required.
