We are seeking a dedicated Poultry Worker to join our farm operations. This role involves working in a dynamic environment focused on poultry care and farm maintenance. Responsibilities

- Assist with the daily care and management of poultry, including feeding, watering, and cleaning enclosures
- Operate farm machinery safely and efficiently for tasks such as cleaning, feeding, and equipment maintenance
- Perform heavy lifting when handling feed bags, poultry crates, or other supplies
- Monitor poultry health and report any signs of illness or distress to supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Support the installation, repair, and maintenance of farm equipment as needed
- Follow all farm safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members





Skills

- Mechanical knowledge is preferred to assist with farm machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively during daily tasks
- Experience or familiarity with farm machinery is a plus for operating equipment efficiently
- Strong physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment
- Willingness to learn about poultry farming practices and safety procedures
