DESCRIPTION

Amplify Solutions is growing, and we're looking for a Power Platform Developer with deep expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions across multiple client environments. This is a build-focused role: you will work closely with our Client Success Managers, who own the client relationship, while you own the technical solution — from Dataverse architecture to the data flowing through it. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong technical background, a passion for continual improvement and learning, and a genuine appetite for using modern AI tooling to build faster and better.

You will define and deploy solutions across both internal initiatives and client environments, adapting to changing priorities as you go, with a working data-migration skill set to keep the data behind those solutions clean and reliable.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Development and management of multiple client Dynamics 365 (CRM) environments
- Develop complex Power Automate workflows and integrations
- Architect clean, scalable Dataverse data models
- Support data migration, dataflows, and system-to-system data synchronization to keep client data clean and consistent
- Partner with Client Success Managers to translate client requirements into technical specifications — no direct client-facing work required
- Leverage AI tools throughout the build process to drive efficiency, speed,



and continuous learning
- Proactive approach to internal company systems and processes
- Strong organization, project and time management skills

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

- 3+ years experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM)
- Experience with multiple CRM environments
- Advanced experience with Power Apps configuration and customization
- Advanced experience with Power Automate and cloud flows
- Experience with data migration, integration, and dataflow tooling (e.g., Dataverse dataflows, Azure Data Factory, or similar)
- Experience with API integrations and custom connectors
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional technical teams
- Working knowledge of C#, plugins, or JavaScript customizations is an asset
- Power BI, Power Pages, and Microsoft Fabric experience are pluses
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, computer science, statistics, data science, or a related field

- Deep, practical expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate
- Strong solution design mindset, building scalable and maintainable solutions
- Strong data migration and manipulation skills for syncing databases and dataflows
- Genuine curiosity for AI-driven ways of working — comfortable evaluating, adopting, and getting fluent with new AI tools as they emerge, not tied to any one platform
- Ability to work across multiple client environments with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities in a consulting setting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently own tasks while collaborating effectively with Client Success Managers and the wider team
- Clear written communication skills for internal technical collaboration
- Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning
- High standards for quality, governance, and performance
