We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our team and help set our kitchen up for success every day.

What You’ll Do

- Ingredient Preparation: Wash, chop, slice, dice, and portion meats, vegetables, and scratch ingredients according to standard recipes and specifications.
- Batch Cooking & Setup: Prepare sauces, dressings, and foundational items to ensure the line is fully stocked for service.
- Food Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace following all health and hygiene guidelines.
- Inventory & Stocking: Properly label, date, and rotate prepped items (FIFO), monitoring prep levels and reporting low inventory to kitchen leadership.
- Time Management:



Work efficiently to complete daily prep lists accurately before peak hours.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 2+ years of kitchen or prep cook experience preferred (strong knife skills and a solid work ethic are key!).
- Consistent Early Riser: Comfortable working a reliable 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift, Wednesday through Sunday.
- Detail-Oriented: Takes pride in consistent cuts, correct portion sizes, and high standards.
- Team Player: Strong communicator who works well independently as well as alongside the kitchen team.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
