About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement: Develop and implement procurement strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support organizational goals.
Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers while negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
Contract Administration: Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Budget and Cost Management: Monitor procurement budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare procurement reports for senior management.
Team Leadership: Lead,
coach, and develop procurement specialists while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Risk and Compliance: Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement: Evaluate procurement workflows and implement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, operations, logistics, and other departments to ensure procurement objectives align with business needs.
What We Are Looking For?
Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or strategic sourcing, including 3-5 years in a procurement management or senior leadership role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Professional procurement certifications are considered an asset.
Leadership: Demonstrated success leading procurement teams, managing complex sourcing initiatives, and driving organizational improvements.
Technical Skills: Experience using ERP systems, procurement software, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools to support purchasing decisions.
Communication: Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-making across multiple departments.
Problem Solving: Solid analytical mindset with the ability to balance cost optimization, supplier quality, risk management, and operational priorities.

Pay: $6,064.00-$7,000.00 per month
