- Lead product development from formulation to commercialization
- Oversee shelf-life testing and process documentation
- Schedule and conduct trials in production facilities
- Maintain accurate recipes and methodology records
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech Services and other teams Requirements:
- Diploma in Food Science or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years in a similar role
- Knowledge of bakery processes and equipment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
