We are seeking an experienced Product Implementation Manager to act as the accountable lead bringing together all go-live and go to market activities for the customer platform. This role exists to knit together outputs from multiple squads, vendors, business teams and operational functions to build an integrated view of how we get assure that we are ready for live.

The successful candidate will own the holistic implementation view across product, technology, testing, release, operational readiness, client onboarding and go-to-market preparation. They will drive cross squad integration and assure end-to-end testing, deployment readiness, release governance, business change, training, client engagement and early adopter identification and pre-preparation for onboarding.

This is a hands-on, time-critical role expected to start early August for an initial six month period, focused on getting the first release out safely and then supporting stabilization. The role requires someone who has done this before, delivering an agile, complex, client facing portal and Machine 2 Machine solution in a regulated, global environment, being: a pragmatic implementation leader who can operate across business and technology, identify gaps between silos, reduce delivery risk, and help the programme avoid avoidable mistakes during the journey to production.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

Cross-Squad Integration & Go-Live Leadership

- Act as the accountable lead for bringing together outputs from multiple squads into a coherent, integrated and production-ready customer platform.
- Own cross-squad integration readiness, ensuring components work together in shared environments and that gaps, dependencies and risks do not fall between team boundaries.
- Provide the holistic view across product, technology, operations, client delivery, compliance, commercial, sales, marketing and support workstreams.
- Ensure the technical route to production is clearly understood by all squads, including deployment steps, approvals, controls, rollback procedures and release governance.
- Drive Go / No-Go gates, release readiness reviews and production deployment planning, ensuring all relevant approvals are secured before launch.

Product, Client Journey & User Experience Readiness

- Oversee readiness of the 'for launch' platform scope prototype for client meetings, ensuring it is credible, usable and aligned to agreed PI2 scope.
- Ensure final user interface and user experience alignment across the customer platform, including general user journeys, use cases and colleague end-to-end journeys.
- Assure end-to-end client journeys across product, process, data, documentation and supporting systems.
- Coordinate business ownership and validation of automated calculations, ensuring the right business SMEs confirm that the platform has built the right thing.




- Support pre-launch client engagement and feedback loops, including when client feedback will begin and how it may reshape PI2 deliverables.

Testing, Assurance & Data Readiness

- Oversee end-to-end product and pseudo-client User Acceptance Testing, ensuring scenarios are traceable to September use cases and business outcomes.
- Provides independent assurance of the end to end technical testing model, including technical integration testing, regression testing, smoke testing, penetration testing, performance testing and functional validation.
- Ensure like-live test data and like-live demo data are available across customer and supporting systems, including relevant documents and onboarding scenarios.
- Drive error handling standardization across integrated platforms, including Kyriba, Investran and other connected systems.
- Ensure testing is safe, complete and sufficiently evidenced to support release approval and production confidence.

Release, Environment & Technical Readiness

- Provides independent review and business approval to a number of key technical streams, including:
- Environment stand up approach (inc. environments, access, controls, configuration and data)
- CI/CD pipeline and deployment mechanics
- Release cycle model (inc. release approval approach, release governance and production deployment readiness process)
- Rollback procedures, patching approaches and release controls
- Support model, inc. performance metrics, service monitoring, issue triage and post-launch stabilization.
- ADI Technical support material and knowledge bases

Operational Support & Post-Launch Readiness

- Stand up the live technical and operational support model, including fault alerting,
- heartbeats, monitoring, incident management, recovery processes and support ownership.
- Ensure operational readiness across all required internal teams
- Coordinate internal team onboarding, training and handover materials
- Provide post-go-live hypercare leadership, ensuring early production issues are actively
- managed, prioritised and resolved across teams.

Client Onboarding, Change Management & Go-To-Market

- Confirm the post-launch early adopter client list and prepare clients for onboarding, including client user identification by use case.
- Work with Client Delivery and Business Units to define client onboarding processes, guides, fund onboarding processes and supporting documentation.
- Support change management, training and release notes frameworks for business and client-facing teams.
- Coordinate go-to-market readiness, including product pricing inputs, sales readiness, marketing launch milestones, customer communications and internal training.
- Ensure legal, regulatory and compliance readiness is coordinated, including relevant signoffs such as CSSF, SOC and any required legal framework dependencies.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Essential

- Proven track record leading the end-to-end implementation and go-live of a complex, agile, client-facing software product ideally a portal and/or Machine-to-Machine (M2M) solution in a regulated, global environment.




- Demonstrable experience acting as the accountable delivery lead across multiple squads, vendors, business teams and operational functions, integrating their outputs into a
- coherent, production-ready whole.
- Strong command of route-to-production and release management: Go / No-Go governance, release readiness reviews, deployment planning, rollback procedures and production controls.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end testing disciplines integration, regression, smoke, performance, penetration and User Acceptance Testing and how to evidence test completeness to support release approval.
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment mechanics and environment stand-up, including access, configuration, data and dependency readiness.
- Experience standing up live operational support models, including monitoring, alerting, incident management, hypercare and post-launch stabilisation.
- Ability to operate fluently across both business and technology translating between silos, identifying gaps and dependencies, and reducing delivery risk pragmatically.
- Track record of client onboarding, change management and go-to-market readiness, including training, documentation, early-adopter engagement and stakeholder
- communication.
- Financial services or fund administration domain exposure, with familiarity with regulatory and control sign-offs such as CSSF and SOC and associated compliance
- readiness.
- Pragmatic, decisive and calm under time pressure; comfortable owning ambiguity and driving outcomes in a hands-on, time-critical delivery.

Desirable

- Exposure to platforms such as Kyriba and Investran, or comparable financial systems integration and error-handling standardisation.
- Experience with Atlassian tooling (Confluence, Jira) and scaled agile (SAFE) delivery
- Prior experience in private equity, real estate, infrastructure or fund administration technology.

What success looks like

- The first release is deployed safely and on schedule within the agreed window, with all Go / No-Go gates, controls and approvals secured before launch.
- Outputs from every squad, vendor and business team are integrated into a single, coherent, production-ready platform, with no critical gaps or dependencies falling between team boundaries.
- End-to-end testing is complete, traceable to the September use cases and business outcomes, and sufficiently evidenced to give confidence at release approval.
- All key system calculations are validated and approved by the relevant business teams
- Live environments, CI/CD, rollback and release governance are in place, documented and understood by both delivery and support teams.
- A live technical and operational support model monitoring, alerting, incident management and transparent support ownership is operational from day one.
- Post-go-live hypercare is effective: early production issues are actively managed, prioritised and resolved, and the platform stabilises quickly.
- Early adopter clients are identified, prepared and onboarded smoothly within 3 months of initial release, with strong client and internal stakeholder confidence in the platform.
- Internal teams Client Delivery, Technology Support, Fund Accounting and business operations are trained, resourced and able to own and evolve the platform going forward.
- Legal, regulatory and compliance readiness, including relevant CSSF and SOC sign-offs, is coordinated and completed ahead of launch.
