As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging product management cycles, commercial aptitude, and industry experience to build dynamic and customer‑centric offerings across locomotive solutions.

Responsibilities - Grow and maintain comprehensive market knowledge of locomotive technology and technology progression to build strong competitive analysis of industry best practices and competitors.

- Drive product strategy in alignment with the overall company vision and goals through market research, analyzing customer needs, and identifying market opportunities to define the product roadmap.
- Develop a product roadmap that outlines features, enhancements, and delivery timelines; prioritize features based on customer and business value, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather and document product requirements, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch, coordinating efforts and resolving conflicts.
- Oversee the product development process, ensuring specifications are met, managing the product lifecycle, conducting product reviews, tracking progress, and making necessary adjustments.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go‑to‑market strategy for recent product releases, including marketing plans, pricing strategies,



and promotional activities to drive adoption and sales.
- Monitor product performance and success in the market by analyzing metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify improvements and optimize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to gather feedback, understand needs, and ensure satisfaction; conduct interviews, user feedback sessions, and address concerns.

Who you are - 3+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably with IoT, telematics, and/or monitoring systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Proven experience carrying products through the entire product life cycle, from concept to launch.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative and adept at working with cross‑functional teams.
- Adaptable with expert time‑management and organizational skills.
- Passionate about technology and continuous learning.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Previous experience in the locomotive industry is an asset.

Benefits & Employment Information The expected annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $120,000 CDN. Employees may also be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including Employer RRSP matching.
