Job Title: Production Operator Location: Dunfermline area Type: Full-time | Permanent 4 day week Department: Production

Role Overview

We're looking for a Production Operator to carry out functional testing of in-house manufactured PCBAs and electronic assemblies. This role is critical to ensuring product quality and reliability before final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional tests on PCB and high-level assemblies
- Follow test procedures and work instructions
- Meet quality and output targets
- Report faults and support continuous improvement

What You’ll Need

- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Previous test or production experience preferred
- Familiarity with electronic test equipment is an advantage
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- IPC training would be highly advantageous

This is a hands on role within a quality focused, ISO-certified manufacturing workplace. Full training provided.
