Job Summary: We currently have an open position for a Production Operator to join our team on the day shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm). This role is responsible for the productive washing, prepping, refurbishment, and labelling and/or production of various products according to established procedures, following all safety protocols and workplace policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet customer’s packaging requirements such as washing and prepping containers to proper specifications, labeling containers according to instructions, and filling in paperwork as required
- Operating of pressure washing equipment, as well as tote refurbishment using small hand tools etc.
- Ensuring customer products are being handled with care and according to finished goods specifications




- Loading and unloading of trucks using forklift lift and/or electric and manual pallet jack
- Use of RF scanners to record production and inventory
- Perform quality inspections on refurbishment lines
- Work with pressure washers and wash bays to clean empty containers
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse by adhering to daily housekeeping standards
- Repetitive motion/lifting and standing on tote refurbishment line
- Other related duties as required or assigned

Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Minimum 1-3 years’ forklift experience required
- Demonstrate good organizational skills
- Know how to work safely
- TDG considered an asset but not required

Working Conditions:

- Able to lift at least 60lbs
- Manual dexterity to work on various production lines
- Ability to follow instructions and the training provided
- Able to work in a team environment that is constantly working towards improving its processes and practices
