Come join our small team and help make delicious and ethical organic chocolate. We are Canada’s first organic bean to bar chocolate maker. This role has a range of responsibilities within our small factory and also helps out with other tasks or activities when needed.

Primary duties are to make chocolate! Following our recipes you will prepare ingredients and then make the chocolate. Don’t know how to make chocolate? Don’t worry on the job training will be given.

Making our chocolate is a multi-day process so usually no two days are the same. Other duties include preparing the cocoa beans for roasting, helping load and unload deliveries and various sanitation and monitoring tasks. Be involved in new initiatives such as new product development and process improvement.

This is a “hands on” and varied role perfect for a detail-orientated and methodical individual.



The right individual will have opportunities to progress and learn current skills. If you want to get up and do the same task day after day, this job is not for you.

- Ability to work well independently and be a self-starter
- Detail orientated and takes pride in their work
- Flexible
- FoodSafe Level 1 an asset
- Able to lift heavy bags and boxes
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
