We are seeking to hire an experienced Production Supervisor whowill develop, structure and lead assembly operations, and manage all aspects of assembly teams, processes, and manufacturing areas within the relevant departments.

The successful candidate will optimize support from our engineering department and ERP team in the manufacturing of all sub-assembly parts and finished goods in the Adamson product range.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Operations Management

- Lead and manage departmental Lead Hands, ensuring optimal staffing, team performance, and alignment with production goals.
- Oversee end-to-end production operations, ensuring efficiency, workflow coordination, and timely output.

2. Production Efficiency & Continuous Improvement

- Drive overall manufacturing efficiency, equipment utilization, and product quality across the production lifecycle.
- Lead problem-solving, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks.

3. Quality, Compliance & Safety

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal audit processes.
- Enforce Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies, promoting a safe and compliant workplace.

4. Equipment, Maintenance & NPI

- Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and capacity planning, including recommendations for expansion.
- Support new product introduction through Design for Manufacturing (DFM), transitioning products from prototype to full production.

5. Performance & Reporting

- Establish and monitor KPIs related to production, quality, and operational performance.




- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills

- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (planning, scheduling, and purchasing).
- Proven involvement in new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and continuous improvement practices.
- Working knowledge of quality systems, audits, and health & safety standards.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and explicit communication with leadership and internal stakeholders.

Pay: $80,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
