About Dudz Teamwear

Dudz Teamwear is a rapidly growing custom apparel company specializing in embroidery, heat press decoration, and branded merchandise for sports teams, businesses, schools, and organizations. We take pride in delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service, and we're looking for a reliable, hardworking Production Team Member to join our team.

Position Summary

As a Production Team Member, you'll play a key role in preparing, decorating, packaging, and quality-checking custom apparel. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

No previous experience is required—we provide full training. Embroidery experience is considered an asset but is not required.

Responsibilities

- Prepare garments for production
- Operate heat presses and assist with apparel decoration (training provided)
- Fold, package, and organize completed orders
- Pick, sort, and manage inventory
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure every order meets Dudz Teamwear standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines

Qualifications




- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous production, warehouse, embroidery, or apparel experience is an asset but not required
