Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to partner directly with the Managing Director of Digital Asset Technology in driving a strategic portfolio of digital asset and emerging technology initiatives.
- This role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional technology programs from inception through delivery, while providing executive-level reporting, governance, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination. The successful candidate will operate as a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into executable delivery plans and successfully implemented across business and technology teams.
- The ideal candidate combines exceptional program management discipline with strong executive communication skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational environments.

Must Have Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive Program Management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
- Proven experience managing complex programs involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and delivery teams – 10+ years
- Demonstrated success presenting to and supporting senior executives, including Managing Directors, SVPs, and VPs – 10+ years
- Strong experience with executive reporting, governance, risk management, and portfolio oversight – 10+ years
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- University Degree
Nice To Have
- Digital assets experience – Preferred
- Banking or financial services experience preferred.
